Grayson may finally get his chance to show the world what he can do. Always been the odd man out—this is his chance if Collins falters.

With all due respect and no disrespect meant to Grayson but he hasn’t played more for a reason

He may well be thrust into action soon and if so , we’ll see what happens but something has held him back over the years

I seem to recall Ty Gunn stepping from back up into the starter postion and lighting it the scheiss up many years ago.

Bonus points for having one of the best names for a college quarterback in the history of ever.

Well Jeff Ballard was lousy in practice and coaches refused to play him vs OU when Gunn was beat up. The coaches didn’t want to watch when they were finally forced to put him in.

Edit: SMU, not OU.

Actually, this is quarterback thread #5 in the last three days for the OP.

Some people don’t know how to add to a thread.
In other news, Muhlstein has always looked good in the purple and white game - normally moves the offense the best however probably against the third string. I’ve only seen him in games sent in to hand off and mop up. He’s never had an open playbook to work with. May be surprised #nextmanup
