I’m going out on a limb here but wouldn’t be surprised to see Cowboys pick up Duggan and add to practice squad. Jerry was fairly smitten with him.

2nd best QB on our team in practice, 2nd best player in the nation on gameday. What a gamer. Just a perfect college QB with good coaching calling plays. Boykin, Duggan, and Dalton a pretty good group over the past 15 years.

Why wouldn’t they if it doesn’t count against the 53? You’ve got to have at least 3 qb’s on the payroll anyway.
