Who graduates, or got drafted this year? Is Luken a one and done?
No, baseball isn't like basketball.  Baker is here for at least two more I believe.  Don't think he has a birthday like Purke's, where he can leave after two years.

It sucks to lose to CCU twice in a row in Omaha, but that is a helluva lot better than losing two to the Aggies in their armpit of a town. Had a lot of fun following these Frogs this year. I love their fight. Look forward to another exciting and successful year in 2017.

They were a great team, would rather lose to them than aggie or tech.

Hats off to CCu. Bunch of gamers. Wish I could hate them but damn that was some damn hell good ball. Both teams shouldn't have been there. Both teams have elite coaches. Grew up thinking of OSU, UT, USC, Miami, ASU and Wichita St as the perrin all Omaha teams. We're now one of them. We'll be back. Our time will come.

I thought the ump was pretty damn good. Better than what we've dealt with in most every other game this post season.
Probably sour grapes on my part.Consistent but wide zone

Home plate ump was the best I have seen this week. If he umped the 3rd game against A&M the Aggie pitchers would have walked in 22 runs.

Great Season. Thank you Frogs!!!

ESPN talked multiple times throughout the week about how much purple was in Omaha and how we represented better than any other fan base. Then multiple specials on Micah and how great a group we are and how awesome the team was.

We got a ton of good hype by ESPN during the entire CWS.

Zero complaints, ESPN is not out to get us. They seem to really like us, if anything.

Yep. That first game against Coastal was a 3 hour TCU sales job, save maybe 20 minutes. But them gushing over CCU is an obvious talking point because it's the "Cinderella Story" this year and they're also really good.

I hate ESPN as much as anyone but it was totally fair this CWS.

Edit: only because the SEC got knocked out. /foil hat

Solid use of "damn hell" right there.

ESPN was certainly fair to us overall Just hard to take last night be cause they definitely give the current front runner a ton of love. None of this changes the fact that their coverage is a beating. K zone, ump cam, pretty faced no-nothing field reporters, egregiously promoting upcoming programming on the SEC network, and droning on and on and on about stories from the announcers little league career etc....

Ump cam during live play is brutal.

I'm fine with the occasional replay from ump cam, but not live pitches. Are their focus groups really saying that this is a well-liked feature?

Are people on Twitter not destroying them over it?

Seems mostly hostile to it, but some outliers.
