I still can't figure out why the ladies wear flowing skirts when the wind is blowing a steady 10-15 mph. Saw plenty of other things I probably shouldn't mention here.

Oh? Please, do tell. Are we talking commando? I am of the age that when I was in my early, early teens the halter top first came out. I saw a lot of things at Colonial I had only dreamed about.
