He’s like Gary Patterson. That ship sailed a while ago. We actually had a great OL during Rex’s tenure so the offense was known for its ground and pound attack. Less so for its passing game.
I agree about Rodgers. I was not a fan of his signing. There’s a reason why Green Bay moved on. Woody Johnson is on par with Jerry Jones for the top prize of bad ownership.
All the heavy money at the sportsbooks prior to NFL kickoff '24 was on the Jets challenging the Chiefs for AFC Superiority for a reason. The Jets made good off season moves with their OL. The problem with the Jets is Joe Douglas, the GM. He happens to sit back and avoid the national media exposure. Enjoy the limelight without a miniscule amount of scrutiny about the job he is doing. Douglas is bad to the bone and not in a good way.

The only way to climb out of this funk for the Jets is to go run Heavy with Breece Hall, Braelon Allen and Isaiah Davis. Please give Davis, some carries you Yanks. This would allow transition in to the Davante Adams trade, and give the Jets some breathe room.

The Jets have had 3 winnable games in a row. So many undisciplined penalties, missed FGs, weird play calling, it gets old fast. They should be 5-1 right now. Kinda like TCU lol.
Joe Douglas stinks. I hope he gets canned next.

So Ms. J-E-T-S Jets, how do you feel about getting Davante Adams? Rodgers trying to turn yall into the New York Packers lol.

With all the Davante Adams hoopla, an under the radar move happened with the Bills getting Amari Cooper. Finally Josh Allen has a #1 receiver! If Coop plays like he did with Dallas, when he was traded from the Raiders, the Bills are going to be tough to beat.

I’m not so sure. They aren’t so great this year. The Jets coulda won that game without missing 2 FGs and stupid penalties. They are very beatable. Allen is over rated IMO.

The Bills were without their starting rb, starting defensive tackle, starting safety and one of their wide receivers was a game time decision. Not to mention Milano, the leader of their defense, is out on injured reserve. Get your shots in now, because when they get healthy, they're going to be loaded. They'll be back in the AFC championship game, if they can get AND stay healthy. I have a man crush on Josh Allen. I wish he played for the Cowboys.

Trash Allen will not be in the AFC championship game. I’ll put money on that.

The Yankees have a better chance to win the World Series than the Bills have to make it to the Super Bowl.

I didn't say SuperBowl. Unfortunately good ole Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs are Josh's kryptonite. And now this year you have to throw Baltimore in the mix too if Lamar and Henry both stay healthy. They beat the Bills up pretty bad a few weeks ago.

FACTS. The Bills aren’t that great. They ain’t terrible but Allen sometimes is prone to trying to do too much and becomes a TO machine and risks injury to himself.

But you said AFC championship game. That is two teams so assuming KChas the edge then Baltimore looks pretty good for the other. Who knows right now but I’d be surprised if the Bills make it. They have a good chance to win the division however.

They absolutely win the division. Right now I have them as the 4th best team in the afc behind KC, Houston and Baltimore. Let Cooper get in and gel, let the Oline and defense get healthy and they can make noise come playoff time. The problem is they lost to Houston and Baltimore so they have to finish with a better record than both of them when it comes to playoff seeding.

Pittsburg is also playing well. So are the Chargers.

Pittsburgh is a tough one because of their qb situation. Do you trust Fields to keep pace with Baltimore for the entire season? What happens when Russell Wilson is healthy? I just don't see them passing the Ravens to win the division.

Same thing for the Chargers. As much as I'd luv to see QJ and Derius make some noise in the playoffs , they've got Mahomes and KC in their way. So that means a wild card game on the road against a division winner (Houston, Balt., or Buffalo) to start the playoffs. Not impossible at all but not an easy task either.

Good news, bad news for Kendre tonight.

Good news- He's the Saints leading rusher tonight.
Bad news- He only has 6 carries for 36 yards. And 2 catches for 1 yard (yes, 1 yard).
