Seems to be a fair amount of people who believe once you get outside the top 15 classes there really isn’t any appreciable talent difference in the schools ranked 16-40. At those schools Development plays a huge roll and is more a determining factor of success than talent itself. Consider TCUs recent successes and failures and that probably right.

I don’t believe a class ranked 18 last year is much if any better then ours at 31..
