Total uncertainty right now for obvious reasons but I can assure you that players and owners are totally committed to playing as much baseball as possible in 2020 and doing it in creative ways if needed. At the end of the day they both want their money.

Yep, Manfred says they’re looking at everything and I believe it.
Expanded playoffs almost seems likely, given the shortened season.
Yesterday I caught PTI debating the 7-inning doubleheader idea.
Seems unlikely but it’s an interesting thought experiment to think about what baseball could do with this season.
Manfred loves discussing rules changes anyways, there’s a small part of this he might even be enjoying.

I would think a lot of these games would be played with less fans or no fans in the stands??

Entirely possible. Huge amount of the owners revenue is from TV so no fans WAY better than no games.

Had to cheat to look up how to spell Yastrzemski. The fact that I just watched Ken Burns Baseball probably added 4 or 5 that I otherwise might not have gotten.

I got 26 while in the drive through line at the bank. Was interrupted 3 times so I'll go back and do it again. All I saw was the top 4 which I already had. I bet I'll miss at least a handful because of spelling.

Went back and got 34. I entered Mickey Rivers but it didn't take it. Thought I had Greg Luzinski right too. I'm gonna give myself a 36. Can't believe I missed so many of those guys. I'm most proud that I got Rusty Staub, Sal Bando and Bobby Grich.
