That was a cold morning. We walked over to watch, and Mrs. Brewingfrog thought to bring some canned champagne...

It always gave chills walking down the stairs of the old upper deck. It always felt like one trip and you land on the 50 yard line. I do miss not having cTu or the flying TCU up there. You could see that for miles.

We had to run those stairs at 6 AM when I attempted to walk on to the baseball team. Yikes!

I miss it. We had great seats up there and I loved the history of the old place.

Spent several Friday nights in that upper deck with Tau Beta Sigma and Kappa Kappa Psi cohorts using rolls of butcher paper to write witty things like "Boil Rice" on the seats. Heck of a view from up there.

I miss the shade setting under the old upper deck. I don't miss the several times per game I would feel something wet and wonder if it was coming from the upper deck toilets.

My parents had season tickets underneath the upper deck for decades.

Mom insisted upon that location because it protected her from the rain.

I still say CDC not following through on his promise to put the TCU back on the upper deck is part of our problem these past few years.
