Yes

17 was on 1B when the hit occurred and should have been the runner they threw out at 2B

but he stayed on 1B and they called the batter out

While this is a pitcher's duel for sure. It's not the kind of game that the Frogs generally prevail in. 12K's through 6.1 and only three free passes. Make that 13Ks. Our two strike approach is simply atrocious.

EDIT: I just saw that Wood was plunked so it's four free passes.
