Doesn’t really matter IMO. No runner should ever be allowed to go down. Hold them upright push the back and hack until you get the ball loose.

Man that’s a [ Finebaum ] call. He was clearly down. How in the scheiss can all of those people not see his knee went down before that was stripped. It was really obvious on slo mo.

You could see his knee was down. Then you can see the guy rip, then see the ball pop out.
