This brings me back to a quote by Banogu earlier this year during Colts training camp... That the DL guys were never coached up on developing pass rushing moves... They were taught the scheme and each guy was left to expand his repertoire on their own.

This program needs a course correct and it’s going to have to be Gary becoming a HC and letting his assistants do their job without fearing for their lives.

First he needs a staff that knows how to coach up a team and call a game.
