You folks have no idea.
Example:
There is an entire group of Baylor students from small towns. When driving on campus, you had to watch for these kids (children really) because they would just wander out into the streets.
No kidding. They were so used to living on streets with almost no vehicles, they'd just step dead in front of a moving vehicle.
I thank Baylor every day for my Legal Education. But the typical Baylor student in the 1980's compared to the typical TCU student in the late 70's to 1981 were definitely not the same animal.
In many ways, Baylor's undergrad community is like a small town high school.
I'm not saying that's bad, its just such a contrast to TCU's more urban flavor.
