Yep and if tOSU rolls this year and wins big, it will all be a distant memory. And confirm why they didn't fire him. It’ll all be forgotten by kickoff of the 2019 season. That’s why the BOR made the decision they did.
We are a forgiving and forgetful society and he’s worth more as a coach than the bad publicity they’ll get.
He warned in an interview today that he had more. And then this report even exposed a lot more. Odd that the major issues in that investigation were not mentioned in tosu's presser tonight. go figure.McMurphy is going to go all night. And I am here for it.
McMurphy’s on it. This could get really good. Incidentally, the comments are gold.
What these idiots don't understand is that even though they were removed from the phone, the carrier keeps logs of all transactional data for text messages. All of these text messages, in their entirety, can be obtained via subpoena.
I truly hope someone presses the issue.
I hope this gets done!
FOIA would be enough to get them from Ohio State. And just to be clear, employers (interpreted as corporations) can have their legal department petition for this data to be subpoenaed to help further their internal investigations as well.
Not to mention the fact that there's about a 99% chance that phone was school issued so it's really their property to begin with anyway. And just to be clear, employers (interpreted as corporations) can have their legal department petition for this data to be subpoenaed to help further their internal investigations as well.
Guessing that Dan Wolken will have a good write up tonight, covering much of what he and McMurphy posted tonight, in his next USA Today piece.
