Why do they need over an hour between games?

Something about start times have to be at :05 and :35 for ESPN Networks (including 3 and Watch).

Only about 15-20 minutes after when it would've started by NCAA rules, and they could use the time to clear Lupton and get people in, not to mention letting the field dry more and do any grounds work that needs doing.
