So what's the scam here when you get that redirect pop up that says click here for $1000 gift card? What is actually the goal for the folks who are creating these redirects? Are they able to access information on our phones? Or just literately creating traffic to another ad site?

I got one while on my phone. But so far, my desk top and lap top have been okay (knock wood). So is this only happening on cell phones?
I'm on Windows 10, Webroot security, Firefox on my computers. So far, so good.
Just trying to define it somewhat, for those who are trying to fix this.

Good for you. I seem to get new ones every few clicks. Often times I don't even need a click.

My redirects have calmed down but I still see ads (paid member) and the page still jumps around like crazy, making it very difficult to read or post.

Edit: just got two redirects in the Season Ticket Renewal thread. One to that darning King.com horseship, the other was some apparently some sort of file. Screen shot attached.

Just got another redirect. I feel like I am getting exposed to malicious software from this site even though we pay not to see any ads.

Please let us know what you all are doing to correct this.

It's been over 48 hours and nothing from the site administration here. Pretty disappointed.
