If it was simply that other teams overpowered us, there could be discussion. But our woes this year have been primarily due to the basic philosophy of the Coordinator, and how he schemes and positions his players. Other teams have dissected his schemes, and he never made adjustments to cover the exposed holes in his plans. Today was merely the cherry on top of a miserable and fully avoidable season of catastrophe.

When a coordinator's ego outweighs the responsibility he has to his players and his employer, it's time for him to go.
