You gotta remember this is the same group that after putting up a 2-5 home record in 2016 (including all B12 losses and some real stinkers like 6-30, 6-31; one of wins was SDSU) — RAISED ticket prices by 20%. Steel was out after that embarrassing year.

So was Patterson given the option to finish the season and he declined? I personally think he should have been allowed to finish the season but I could see him being stubborn about it
