Have never eaten one. Probably never will. The McRib is one thing I have never understood. I tried it once. Only ate 3 bites before I threw it out, which is a rarity for me.

I'm amazed by the McRib. I see bones are in there from the ridges, but when I bit in they disappear. So weird...The McRib is one thing I have never understood. I tried it once. Only ate 3 bites before I threw it out, which is a rarity for me.

I had an uncle who went to Rice. Uncle Ben, l believe.Fantastic! Not far from Rice. When TCU baseball plays Rice next month at Rice, Ray's is where I am going before the game.

In the late 60’s and early 70’s, our rule at Angelo’s was 3 & 1. Three Larges and 1 BBQ sandwich. Or, 3 BBQ’s and a Large. We always go to Angelos mainly before games since our crew (RufeBruton, wives and Houston buddy) don't live in FW any more. Consistency is better nowadays, went Saturday before the ut game. Ribs were excellent. Been going there since TCU in the early 70s. Still odd that they serve green beans and macandcheese now. Oh well, we all like Joe Ts too.
