When will TCU ticket office open? Tickets question

I'm in process of buying tickets from a TCU fan but when I saw the tickets they are marked as wheelchair accessible row (437). I tried calling TCU ticket office this morning but message says they are still closed for Holidays. Need help on determining whether I can buy these tickets, seller said they didn't request anything special.

TCU officially reopens tomorrow, not sure why the ticket office wouldn't.

I think one guy from the stadium westside bought them and then put 19,998 of them on StubHub.

The weird thing is that it's a TCU allocated seat from GoFrogs.

The campus is closed for the holiday and will reopen on Wed. The ticket office phones are currently open today until noon.

Faculty and staff return tomorrow the 4th. Athletic dept will be there.
