WFAA: Hypnotoad creator says it's 'awesome' TCU players and fans embrace his creation

I am trying to forge a marketing deal with TCU for our company and want to use Hypnotoad in the bit, but TCU won't allow it because of Disney's rights. In other words, they aren't going to care if the University uses it, but its a different story if they use it on things where they make money. I was bummed. It would have been legendary.
