BIRMINGHAM,Alabama - A week later, Mark Emmert still must be laughing.
The U.S. Justice Department decides to rattle its saber at the BCS, and it sends a letter asking questions on the subject to him, the NCAA president, whose vast purview includes almost everything in college sports except the BCS.
Next thing you know, FEMA, in search of intel on the recovery efforts in Tuscaloosa, will ring Charlie Sheen.
