For those wondering, the disparity between claiming 6 vs 7 Top 10 finishes lies in 2005, when we finished #9 in the Coaches poll, but #11 in the AP.

#20 seems low at first glance, but I guess that's because it's the last 25 years rather than the last 15, so teams like Nebrasksa and Miami that dominated the 90's / early 2000's push ahead of us.

To me, the thing that’s striking about this is the number of programs on the list that TCU has beaten in recent years.

That says as much about the state of the program as TCU’s position on the list.
