NCAA Rifle - Smallbore:
Sarah Scherer won her 2nd national title in smallbore (2010, 2012). Sarah will also represent TCU and the USA on the 2012 US Olympic Team in the 2012 Olympics in London (July–August). The #1 ranked TCU Rifle team is enters day 2 of 2 of the NCAA national championships on Saturday in 3rd place, but closely behind 2nd place Army and 1st place #2 Kentucky (winner of today's smallbore team national title).
NCAA Women's Indoor Track & Field: Long Jump
Whitney Gipson won the national title in women's long jump. She tied the all-time collegiate record at 6.91m (set in 2002) and now holds the all-time record for women's long jump at the NCAA meet.
