So his low slot and flat approach angle give his FB a ton of deception because it’s doing things that the hitters don’t expect a FB to do. The typical FB is gonna have a down angle and hitters are used to that. His does not. Tunneling is the concept that his pitches are very similar in their path as they approach the plate making them difficult to tell apart and react to.

No life, no ability to locate. Chuck has been literally the exact opposite of that. And in regard to Jake’s pitch count observation… he’s thrown 92 pitches in relief today.

well he’s the de facto starting pitcher.... and has done plenty of starting. He needs to go 120+ today if we aren’t letting Green pitch

There is a bit of difference in the way the Frogs want to use King and what KSU does with Torres. Highly doubt we’d see King again until Friday. Torres very likely to throw in G1
