Gary in Austin..he wouldn't last two weeks! IF Gary stepped down two/three years ago, he would have been the most popular figure in north Texas. I can only imagine the excitment he would have witnessed before his eyes. Signs on the edge of town saying....home of Gary Patterson and Kelsey Patterson..Well a bit too much but I think you will agree whatever his ego needed, it would hv been fulfilled ten times over. But no, that ego moved him in the wrong direction.
