Wat's a German pancake? Does it have a swastika on it?

Its a Giant gooey crepe with powder sugar, squeezed lemon and butter, folded cut crosswise and served by the same waitress that served you 30 years ago.

Absolute heaven. (the pancake I mean)

I think overall Ol South is pretty good but not great if you don't count the German pancakes.

Their German pancakes, however, are one of my favorite foods on the planet and since that's the only place you can really get those (I've seen them at one other place but they weren't even close to as good) then that alone elevates Ol South to my favorite breakfast place.

Agree. Ol South is solid on most items, but it is the German Pancake or Dutch Babies that elevate it.
