So you're saying the conference pays the premium... not TCU under a conference umbrella. And the premium covers only Conference games/all games under such a policy... or it could be negotiated for 3 non conference games as an independent would get individual coverage. That is what UNLV is having to negotiate with any visiting team. No one is coming to LV in the scenario you've presented. Both schools/conferences would get income on this one... or Network gets no game to to air.

first have to decide what the potential loss is, but if you are talking about business income forget it.

multiple lawsuits in the uk and the usa right now and no insurer will be taking that on for a bit until these court cases get cleared up
