I am very disappointed he is leaving. 2020-21 was a free year of eligibility due to Covid so he has another year.

He improved his three-point shooting to 31% from 27% and his two-point shooting to 51% and is a 6’7” premium athlete that contributed rebounding, some assists and defense including 1.3 steals. We will lose out on his upcoming best season.

I tend to think this is a pretty big loss. He was our best athlete (that got to play), has good size, and he could guard multiple positions and didn't mind doing it. There is at least one of those on every good team. And, as mentioned, his 3 point shooting was improving. Hopefully he's testing the waters as required by the rules but still considering a return.

Yes, my understanding is that he can test the waters to see if he can get a bigger bag in return for coming back
