If all this is true and who knows for sure, then it would be the best slap in the face OU and Texas could receive and I am all in with this. However we (the conference remains) must first: MAKE THEM PAY! MAKE THEM PAY!MAKE THEM PAY!

In this PAC20 lineup here is how it would most likely play out.......
CU would probably win their POD most years and advance most years to the Super PAC20 LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP SEMIFINAL GAME. TCU would most likely win that game (more than 50% of the time) and advance to PAC20 CHAMPIONSHIP GAME.
POD 1 would favor USC or UCLA most years
POD 2 would favor TCU or ASU most yrs
POD 3 would favor ORE or WASH most yrs
POD 4 would favor OKIE ST or ISU or WVU
Even you dammmm skeptics would have to admit that these POD wars would be really exciting to watch all season and then the Semi- Final POD playoffs for League Championship would provide some really captivating matchups !!!

SEMI FINAL games would be in teams HOME STADIUM (team with best record). Try to imagine if you can......a nationally televised PAC 20 LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP SEMI- FINAL GAME at Amon Carter Stadium with a sold out house, national TV coverage, and a media frenzy as TCU goes against USC at The Carter - to advance to LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME !!

League Championship Game has to be at neutral site - LAS VEGAS NFL RAIDERS STADIUM or rotate between NFL DALLAS COWBOYS STADIUM and NFL LOS ANGELES
STADIUM.

Would be Pretty dammmm exciting !!

It’s all subjective but it would be a conference with a bunch of teams that could beat each other on a given day. I guess Oregon is favored to win the PAC this year but don’t look invincible by any means.

National TV exposure in multiple times zones would seem to be a far more attractive option rather than just the far west time zones.

still not sure how wv ends up staying in a conference that involves cross country travel

not saying they wouldn't make this initial move, simply when you start considering the transcontinental travel for all sports at some point they look to make a move closer to home

why play a semi-final game if there is no guaranteed spot in the cfp?

nine conference games + two rounds of conference play offs put you at a disadvantage unless there is a guaranteed sport in the cfp

And, not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but, we have not lost to a PAC-12 school in non-conference play (I don't count Utah as they were in the MWC with us) since 1999 against Arizona.

We are 6-0 against the PAC 12 since that game.
