DBU losing to Oral Roberts in top of the 5th, 5-2 weather delay

Cal State Fullerton eliminated by Illinois 7-5

Texas A&M getting spanked 7-2 in top of the 8th against Arizona

Yeah that's pretty painful. Esp to see the team we beat 10-2 on Friday now drubbing DBU after drubbing us.

Coulda been Baylor/TCU at Lupton for supers.

In the words of the great Jim Nance, "UCONN, you can!!"

Deep down rooting for DBU and Cal to win tonight. If Baylor wins, DBU would give them a tougher go around in a 3 game series, and if Cal wins, I don't have to worry about seeing Baylor in the CWS.

May make us sick but think how our team feels! There is always next year. Kind of reminds me of the SMU game a few years ago in football and look at what they accomplished in the years after. :rolleyes:

Will be nice to see a national championship next year in two sports. :tongue:

Gotta a good ballgame going on at Lupton as they're in the Top of the 9th with DBU up 11-9 over ORU (home team). I think it's a fortunate thing that college baseball has a DH rule and DBU's closer (Haney) doesn't have to appear at the plate. Simply over-the-top excitement prior to conclusion of a game.
