OT: What profession/type of job does everyone have?

No. My job is to purchase product from vendors and manage the replenishment process from vendor to store through our warehouses. I'm also responsible for analyzing various inventory metrics and maintaining appropriate stock levels

Not specifically expecting names of company or department, just trying to find out what we all do.
Long time lurker, but relatively new poster.

BTW, a large majority of people in my profession hate their job, the rest are just professional liars so don't believe them anyway.

While I recognize the allure, the other side of that coin is that at some point in your life, you get to where the last thing you want is to see another pair. I don't ever want to reach that point.
