OT - Starting a new career in late 30s/early 40s

I've been in public education for 15 years, and I think it's time to go another direction. Thing is, I'm not really sure of what that direction is....so I'm curious to hear from those who have done it out there.

Learn to fly, my generation is the largest group of retirements in history. Now throw in a few more forced departures.

Another idea, home schooling is going to explode. School boards should NEVER have the power to jam an agenda driven curriculum down parents throats, never.
