OT - Pinched nerve

Appreciate all the help....... the correct answer ended up being go to the chiropractor. Was way out of alignment. First time I’ve been. I have to say I recommend it in hindsight, but I questioned the decision a few times while he was making my neck/back sound like someone was stepping on a pile of Doritos.

This was going to be my 2nd suggestion, when used together are very effective for pain.
