I'm not. Fiancee loved Ft Worth when we were there for UT last season and wanted to get married there.
Also not a big fan of beams nor beans either... prefer a good cool temp coleslaw and/or potato salad with smoked meats.

Correct. I think we've all been to plenty of wedding with subpar food. You just don't say anything in that case. So the fact that people kept telling us it was good, I can only assume they actually enjoyed it. But yes, you are correct, whether they actually enjoyed it or not is only known by them.

Many preparations tend to be pretty bland, though coleslaw with Hidden Valley's CS dressing or Ranch dressing(especially) makes coleslaw a pretty nice side (served fresh/not day 2)... plus cabbage is one of the very highest vegetables in cancer cell antiproliferation and antioxidant for most all cancers.
