Need an Apple plug in for Feisty's posts

Acquired my first non-PC computer. Power Book runs great, but is missing a plugin to play videos that are posted on this site.

Does anyone have a clue what plugin should be used in an Intel-powered Mac?

Not sure if you need to either download the player or can go to the Apple in the top left corner and click on software update to get it.

Mac's by nature do not run Flash. Here is the link to the Mac version of Flash.
