Once had a non Texan tell me our admiration of SRV was misplaced and she didn't get it. Despite my self interests at the moment, I told her to GFHself.

As is ours of The Allmans and several others.
Georgia, like Texas is birthplace to a few.

B52’s
Alan Jackson
Otis Redding
Widespread Panic
REM
Ray Charles
Just to name a few.

Not really the intent of my OP but I roll.

I was just trying to share some good music.
Actually, some of my most recent stuff I’m grooving comes out of Texas & Oklahoma

Wade Bowen
Randy Rogers Band
Whiskey Meyers

Some good stuff.
