Well, I don't know where he has been, but they "are rebuilding" after being crappy for one heck of a long time.
Hoke better be careful running his mouth. He doesn't have Rocky Long to run his defense up there. He could be in for a surprise, but the Big 10 is really weak overall. He is a very good coach and they will get better in time. Would rather play Michigan this year than San Diego.
