Starting with the Fiesta Bowl, he now has had 3 great games in a row. Had a couple of 50-yarders last night that were very high, too. Seems like the light came on during prep for the Fiesta Bowl. Before then he was inconsistent.

Now he kicks the ball like you would expect someone 6-4, 280 lbs to kick the ball. Flipped the field a couple times in the OSU game, which really helped. Has good touch to kick the ball inside the 20, too.

Yeah he's a beast. one of the best in the business.

Now if we could find us one of them field goal kickers...

One of these days I hope to see him running the ball on a fake punt. Get him outside on a DB.

Absolutely, and you cannot underestimate the importance.

Shelley also has done an admirable job at deep snapping. And that was much more of a worry.
