I wonder if Coach Leach might screw with TTech. But then, the High Muckity-mucks that got Leach fired at TTech are out of the picture, officially at least. And Leach always seemed to have a lot of support from TTech fans-in-the-stands, so he might not be bitter towards the Lubbock community as a whole.

I don't wonder that Coach Leach would use a TTech vacancy as leverage with Washington State-- longer contract and maybe more money for him; more resources for his program including assistants' and staff salary, etc. That would seem to be very consistent with his business/administrative playbook. And that of just about every other D1 head football coach.
