Foul to give…both teams
Always our problem. We often have great athletes, just not good basketball players or pure shooters (sans D. Bane). Have the great athletes and a lot better basketball players this year, but still no great shooters.Absurd how much better they can shoot than we can.
You're never gonna get much offense from Peavy. Valuable player though. Good defender and rebounder, but can't put it in through hole much.TCU has three points from Miles, Farabello and Peavy
I think we play better when he's not on the court (assuming FF isn't either). This team is really dependent on Miles. If he struggles we can fall back some on defense and rebounding but really don’t have a second scorer who can create on their own.
If you are a great shooter and great athlete chances are you are a 5* one and done type player. Those don't come to TCU. But it would be nice to have a little more balanced mixAlways our problem. Jamie singled him out in the post game show. He pointed out that FF did some important things at the end of the game that won’t show up on the stat sheetFF is maybe the 100th best TCU basketball player in the past 10 years. Definitely not in the top 12 on this team and we are a minus 20 points when he is in the game in each game I have watched this year.
Can we please recognize that there are 5 better options at any given moment? Obannon, Miles, Evans, Baugh, Peavy. No reason for him to even see the court as he gets schooled on defense every time and others have to cover and we give up open threes.
