He was doing color commentary for the C-USA games on CBSSTV. His delivery was dry, but he was a lot more knowledgeable than your average ESPN cronie. Once he no longer had a dog in the fight, or atleast was getting a paycheck from a different source he did not spea derogatively of the non AQ schools.

Disagree. I think he is a very good offensive coach who thinks he is a great coach. And therein lies his problem. He overestimates his ability and it adversely affects his performances.
