TUSCON, AZ – TCU women's golf sophomore Caitlyn Macnab shot a 3-under 69 to lead the Horned Frogs on Day 2 of the MountainView Collegiate held at the Saddlebrooke Mountain View Golf Club.
Macnab added 4-birdies and 13-pars to her scorecard and is 10-under for the tournament. She heads into tomorrow's final round holding sole position in 2nd place.
Junior Lois Lau also found success, carding 3-birdies and 12-pars for 1-under 71 which has her tied for 23rd place heading into the final round.
Sabrina Nguyen posted a 1-over 73 in Round 2 and is tied for 23rd place among all competitors. Sofia Barroso Sa shot a 2-over 74 to share 23rd place at 1-under for the tournament. Caroline Jordan posted a 2-over 74.
The Horned Frogs return to action tomorrow for the final round of the MountainView Collegiate. Round three will feature a shotgun start at 9:45 a.m. (CST) with the Horned Frogs teeing off on holes 3-6.
