Frog Focus
  • TCU is the only team in the country with two 20-point scorers in Madison Conner and Sedona Prince and the only team with two players who rank in the top-20 nationally in scoring.
  • Conner (24.8 ppg) and Prince (21.0 ppg) are the top-two scorers in the Big 12.
  • Conner has staked her claim as the nation's best shooter five weeks into the season. She leads all D1 players in 3-pointers (51) and 3-pointer per game (5.7). Conner's 51 three's are nine more than the next closest player, reigning National Player of the Year Caitlin Clark. She has also played two fewer games than the top-four leaders in both categories.
  • Conner will break Taylor Robertson's mark for most 3-pointers in a 10-game stretch to start a season if she connects just once from deep on Sunday.
  • Conner has drained 19 combined 3-pointers over TCU's last two games. She hit 10 vs. Tulsa and knocked down nine against ACU. The performances rank second and third in TCU's single-game record book for most 3-pointers. Conner's 19 three's are also tied for the most in back-to-back games by any D1 player in six seasons. Keke Calloway of Mercer matched Conner's output in 2018.
  • Conner needs just 37 three-pointers to break Zahna Medley's TCU single-season record.
  • TCU is second nationally in both 3-pointers (98) and 3-pointers per game (10.9).
  • TCU has canned 14 three's on a trio of occasions this season, including consecutively against Tulsa and ACU. The Horned Frogs have made 10-or-more 3-pointers in seven-of-nine games.
  • Prince is the only player in the country averaging at least 20 points and three blocks per game.
  • Prince finished with an NCAA single-game high 10 blocks on Tuesday. She is tied for third nationally with AP Preseason All-American Cameron Brink in blocks per game (3.3). Prince's 10-block clinic propelled TCU to a season-high 12 rejections.
  • Prince's 24-point, 10-block effort vs. ACU signified her sixth double-double of the season. Prince is tied for second nationally in double-doubles while TCU leads the Big 12 in the category with nine.
  • Prince became the first Horned Frog in a decade to stuff 10 shots in a game.
  • Prince's block party propelled TCU to fourth in the nation in blocks per game (7.1).
  • Agnes Emma-Nnopu ranks third in the nation in rebounds per game (7.4). She pulled down a career-high 14 boards - eight offensive - on Tuesday vs. ACU. Ten of her rebounds came in the third quarter, seven of which were on the offensive glass.
  • The Horned Frogs rank second among all D1 teams in 3-point percentage differential (.164). TCU is also the only team in the country ranking in the top-15 in 3-point percentage (12th, .394) and 3-point percentage defense (15th, .229).
  • Jaden Owens (7.0 apg) is on pace to break TCU's single-season record for assists per game. She dished out 11 apiece in back-to-back games vs. Tulsa and ACU.
  • Owens ranks eighth and ninth, respectively, across the national ranks in assists (63) and assists per game. She is also 12th in the country in assist-to-turnover ratio (+3.94).
