She trailed only Darya Klishina of Russia and Tianna Bartolett of the United States, who reached 6.66m and 6.64m respectively.</p><p></p><p>In the finals, Ugen fouled in four of her six attempts, but recorded a 6.72m jump on her third attempt. Brittney Reese of the United States won the event with a jump of 7.02m.</p><p></p><p>Ugen finished fifth in last year’s IAAF World Championships in Beijing, where she jumped 6.85m.</p><p></p><p>Fellow TCU alum <a href="http://www.gofrogs.com/sports/w-otrack/mtt/ramone_bailey_773650.html" target="_blank">Ramone Bailey</a> also competed in the IAAF World Championships, representing Jamaica in the long jump.
