Was happy to see JD off the 3B coaches box and over at 1B last couple of games. Hoping that’s a permanent move. Have no clue how good Bruce is at 3B but it can’t be worse

Didn't understand the decision to put in Gabe Miranda at first base during the middle of the ninth inning pitching change.

He should have been in there to start the inning. But at least the coaching staff got there.

Was happy to see JD off the 3B coaches box and over at 1B last couple of games. Hoping that’s a permanent move. Have no clue how good Bruce is at 3B but it can’t be worse

Yes - Bruce seemed a little rusty but I imagine he will get back in the swing of it and honestly our plate approach was better yesterday so maybe we were “over coaching” a bit at the plate with Bruce having so much time on the dugout to make calls

We need the W today or we could find ourselves 3 games back of the last spot remaining in the conference tourney, Kansas owns the tie breaker and we don’t play UCF so someone else has to beat them for us - plus we have 4 top half opponents remaining in conference after this weekend

Maybe so, but I recall a lot of caterwauling about Mo sending runners, holding runners, stupid base running, etc. 3rd base coaches aren't the cause of loosing streaks.

Someone really close to the situation hae no idea what was with the change. Their speculation was it was a move just to shake things up or change to mojo.
Baseball is a very superstitious sport.
