Hopefully I’m wrong, but pitching doesn’t appear to be a strong point like in the past. Unless we have a few surprises, we appear to be an above average team but not dominant.

Pitching as been on a downward slope since before KS got the job, which was a huge reason why a lot of fans didn't want him to be promoted.

That was a crazy unexpected run to the CWS.

I think our days of competing at the top in all 3 sports are likely over. The model has changed and it makes it very difficult for teams outside the B1G/SEC.
