ABOUT THE GAME
- After an open date, TCU makes its first road trip of the season when it travels to Purdue for a Saturday 7:30 p.m. EDT contest on Big Ten Network (BTN).
- The home-and-home series between the Horned Frogs and Boilermakers will continue in 2030 when Purdue comes to Fort Worth and Amon G. Carter Stadium.
- The Horned Frogs have the Big 12's longest active winning streak at four games, a run that is tied for eighth nationally.
- TCU has won 13 of its last 17 regular-season games after an open date.
- TCU will be playing its only game this season outside the Central time zone.

HORNED FROGS TO WATCH
- Jalen Reagor has a touchdown catch in eight of his last nine games. His 18 career scoring receptions, in just over two seasons, place third in TCU history.
- TreVontae Hights' eight receptions for 108 yards in the season opener surpassed his career total of six catches over his first three seasons combined.
- In the UAPB game, Alex Delton became the second non-Texan to start at quarterback for TCU in the 19-season tenure of head coach Gary Patterson.
- Garret Wallow had a career-high 13 tackles, including 3.5 for a loss with a sack, to earn Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week honors in the opener.
- Jeff Gladney tied for second nationally among cornerbacks in 2018 in lowest completion percentage allowed when targeted (33.3, 23-of-69). He was No. 1 in the Big 12 in lowest passer rating allowed (46.9).
