NOTES
• TCU will host Kansas State on Saturday at 4 p.m. on Big 12 Now on ESPN+. TCU will wear its purple retro uniforms with Frogs written in script on the front for the first time this season. KSU will wear white.

• Bane is top five all-time at TCU in career points (5th), field goals (5th) and 3-pointers (4th). At 1,637 career points, Bane is chasing Dick O’Neal for fourth at 1,723 points.
• At 144 career blocked shots, Samuel is fifth on TCU's all-time list. Kurt Thomas is next at 166 blocks.
• Edric Dennis is nine points away from 1,000 DI career points. Dennis was at Jackson State as a sophomore and UT-Arlington as a junior.

LAST TIME OUT
TCU lost 88-42 at No. 24 Texas Tech 88-42 Monday night. Jaire Grayer led the Frogs with 10 points. TCU shot a season-low 26.7 percent from the field, while Texas Tech shot 60.4 percent, including 13-of-22 from 3-point range (59.1 percent). TCU tied a season-high with 15 made free throws and its 68.2 percent shooting from the free throw line was its best in seven games.

ABOUT THE OPPONENT
Kansas State is 9-15 overall and 2-9 in the Big 12 Conference. The defending Big 12 Champions have lost their last four games, including a 64-59 win over Oklahoma State. Senior Xavier Sneed leads the Wildcats with 14.2 points per game, while junior Carter Diarra averages 13.3 points per game. KSU leads the Big 12 with 8.5 steals per game.

SERIES HISTORY
Kansas State leads the all-time series 15-7 with a 6-2 advantage in Fort Worth. The Frogs won the first meeting this season, 59-57 on Jan. 7 in Manhattan on a Kevin Samuel tip-in with 2.0 seconds left. Desmond Bane scored a game-high 16 points on 4-of-8 shooting from 3-point range. The Frogs have never swept the season series with theWildcats. TCU’s last win over KSU in Fort Worth was 66-59 on Feb. 27, 2018.
