We ended up scratching in the sprint medley races because it got cold and it was rainy. Overall, it was a solid day and hopefully we can translate that into another good day tomorrow.”</p><p></p><p>The men's 4x100 quartet of <a href="http://gofrogs.cstv.com/sports/c-track/mtt/stoneham_oj00.html" target="_blank">OJ Stoneham</a>, <a href="http://gofrogs.cstv.com/sports/c-track/mtt/barnes_mark00.html" target="_blank">Mark Barnes</a>, <a href="http://gofrogs.cstv.com/sports/c-track/mtt/dungey_mychal00.html" target="_blank">Mychal Dungey</a> and <a href="http://gofrogs.cstv.com/sports/c-track/mtt/silmon_charles00.html" target="_blank">Charles Silmon</a> qualified for Saturday's Championship of America final by clocking a time of 39.51 seconds. The unit finished first overall in a field that had 78 entries to advance. TCU, who is currently ranked No. 11 in the NCAA this spring, will look to capture its 10th 4x100 relay title at Penn on Saturday. </p><p></p><p>Silmon worked his way in the Championship of America finals of the men’s 100 meters, finishing second in the No. 3 heat and fifth overall with a time of 10.53.
