TEMPE, Ariz. – TCU recorded its fourth win in five games Saturday night with a 74-70 win at Arizona State at Desert Financial Arena.

Redshirt freshman Jace Posey came off the bench for a career-high 20 points on 6-of-8 shooting to go with six rebounds.

Senior guard Noah Reynolds scored 19 points, including a 3-pointer to break a 67-67 tie with 16.5 seconds to go.

All five lead changes came in the game's first four minutes. After a Reynolds bucket just over four minutes into the game tied the game 9-9, the Horned Frogs (14-11, 7-7 Big 12) never trailed again. It was the first two of 12 unanswered points for TCU which made eight of its first 10 field goal attempts in the game and led 19-9.

The Frogs shot 56.5 percent from the field to lead 38-31 at the half.

After a slow start to the second half, TCU built up a game-best 13-point lead, 59-46, with 9:52 to play. The lead was 63-54 with 4:52 to play following a Reynolds layup. From then on, the Sun Devils (12-13, 3-11) made 6-of-8 shots from the field.

Aside from the Reynolds 3-pointer, the Frogs countered with four-straight free throws from Vasean Allette in the final 11 seconds. It was part of a 23-of-31 (74.2 percent) day from the line for the Frogs and a 14-point effort for Allette.

Allette finished with a game-high nine rebounds to help TCU dominate the glass, 39-27.

The Horned Frogs will return home to face No. 12 Texas Tech on Tuesday at 7 p.m. on ESPN+.

INDIVIDUAL NOTES
- Jace Posey led TCU in scoring in a game for the first time and finished with a career-high 20 points. His previous high was 11 points in the season opener against Florida A&M.
- Posey was 6-of-8 from the field and 8-of-10 from the free throw line, all career highs for attempts and makes. He made his first seven free throws.
- Posey played a career-high 30 minutes. His previous high was 22.
- Noah Reynolds scored 19 points, his 14th game in double figures this season.
- Reynolds was 2-of-4 from 3-point range for the second-straight game.
- Vasean Allette scored 14 points. It was the 15th time this season he scored in double figures.
- Allette had a game-high nine rebounds. It was the fourth time this season and second-straight game he's led the team in rebounds.
- Allette was 7-of-8 from the free throw line, a career-high for makes and attempts. He was 4-for-4 from the line in the final 11 seconds.
- Brendan Wenzel's four steals were a career high.
- Trazarien White scored five points and in doing so, went over 1,500 for his career.
- Ernest Udeh battled foul trouble for the second-straight game. He gathered six rebounds in 16 minutes.
